Side Channel Vacuum Pumps and Compressors |
| |
Minivac Side Channel Vacuum Pumps & Compressors are extremely compact units and can be mounted in the machines. These are completely aluminium casted blowers with the dynamically balanced impeller which is directly on the shaft of the motor or is fitted to the shaft of the motor by lovejoy coupling. It revolves in a stator-cum-compression chamber having very fine clearance between them, which makes the equipment friction free. |

Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps and Compressors |
| |
Minivac diaphragm type Air Compressors / Vacuum Pumps are completely oil free and are motor mounted. They don't require lubrication and are practically maintenance free. Diaphragm type Air Compressors/Vacuum Pumps are more preferable compared to the conventional reciprocating piston type air compressors and sliding vane type vacuum pumps due to their
minimum maintenance requirements. |

Rotary Vane vacuum pumps and Compressors / (Oil Lubricated) |
| |
Minivac SVL series of vacuum pumps / compressors are oil lubricated rotary vane type direct or V-belt driven vacuum pumps mounted on common base frame. These are specially designed to give vacuum and pressure simultaneously. Specially treated fibre vanes / steel vane give the advantages of silent operation and absolutely negligible wear on any friction affected contact parts resulting in increasing the life of pump. |

Rotary Vane vacuum pumps and Compressor / (Oil Free) |
| |
Dry running rotary vane pumps offer the ideal solution for a wide range of application, from paper handling and electronics to environmental technology. These offer all three functions —vacuum, compressed air or the combination of both — in one compact unit. These rotary vane pumps are environmentally friendly, highly efficient, vibration free and extremely reliable. |

Rotary Vane vacuum pumps / ( Oil sealed or Submerged) |
| |
" Minivac " High Vacuum Pump is an oil immersed rotary vane type. The main assembly consists of a main body with a rotor ( piston ) mounted eccentrically in it. The rotor is provided with two vanes opposite each other, with spring in between, which presses them against inner wall of the main body. As the rotor revolves, the vanes move in and out of the rotor and sweep the air twice per revolution. |
