Side Channel Vacuum Pumps and Compressors Specification

Material of construction is cast aluminium & therefore highly resistance to corrosion. There are having only one rotating part-the IMPELLER which rotates without any contact inside the casing thus eliminating abrasion & wear. As a result no lubrication is necessary inside the compression chamber & 100% oil free compression is guaranteed. Suction & discharge ports have built in silencers that reduce noise level to minimum.

The impeller is directly mounted on the motor. Some side channels can be delivered as bare shaft units which enable them to be driven by an external rotary source. These are available in various combinations of flow, vacuum and pressure. These are also available in variable voltages from 220V - 480V and frequency up to 60Hz. Flame proof and explosion proof version are available on request. Additional accessories such as Air Filters, Traps, Starters, Vacuum & Pressure Relief Valves are available on request.
